Ingredients of Ostreatus Salad

  1. It’s 50 gms of Oyster mushrooms(sliced).
  2. You need 50 gms of Avocado(sliced).
  3. It’s Handful of New born spinach.
  4. You need 50 gms of Chickpeas(kabuli chana) soaked & boiled.
  5. Prepare 1 of Red onion.
  6. You need 1 of Lemon.
  7. It’s To taste of Black salt.
  8. Prepare to taste of Pepper.
  9. Prepare As required of Beetroot julienne (for garnish).

Ostreatus Salad instructions

  1. Take a pan temper Mushrooms, chick peas & spinach with olive oil, black pepper& salt.(all separately)..
  2. Take your plate put a desired shape mould in it,(which you can take out easily)..
  3. Start making layers. First chickpeas layer which will be the base. Second layer tempered spinach, third layer will be mushrooms, fourth avocado..
  4. Lastly add some sliced red onion, salt, lemon. Serve with beetroot julienne & parsley..
